I had the pleasure of participating in a program of coaching with Susan Basset in Singapore, in conjunction with my role as Head of Investment Services (Asia) within Schroders.  I found the sessions an avenue of contemplation, and realisation. That said, I found the core of the coaching sessions, which centred around challenging, championing and questioning an excellent way to focus and re-focus on core elements of my day to day function, and the more strategic deliverables in the longer term horizons.

Susan gave me the tools to think critically about my perception of myself and my role in business. Susan showed me a perspective that was positive and so far removed from my current thought processes it ignighted confidence to take control of my circumstances and move myself forward.

Susan was a solid support during my return back to work after a 4 year gap. She provided me a safe  space and a patient ear as I convinced myself that I will be able to do justice to both my career and my kids and that this return back to corporate life can be a sustainable one.
